PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important.
This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for Rob Michelucci, MCC, ACTC, BCC, and covers all clients (prospective, current, and former). A separate, concurrent Privacy Policy is in effect for the hosting site, Wix.com.
Coaching is confidential. Limited information — your name, e-mail address, phone number, and # of coaching hours completed — may be shared with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) only when your coach is renewing or upgrading their ICF credential and in accordance with the ICF Privacy Policy.
You agree your coach may take notes during or after coaching sessions. Your information may be stored on a secure server (e.g. a cloud account), subject to the respective privacy policies of where it is stored. Coach agrees to delete this information at or around ninety (90) days following the end of your last coaching session (including complimentary sessions for prospective clients), unless you have a future session booked.
All information provided will be kept confidential, subject to the following exemptions:

If the coach has a concern that a prospective client, client, or former client client may, or if a prospective client, client, or former client indicates the intention to, harm themselves or someone else. This is a standard exemption centered around client safety found in many professions.

For the purpose of documenting hours when the coach is in the process of renewing or upgrading their International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential, which agrees to use only the client name, e-mail, and # coaching hours completed only for the purpose of verifying coaching hours.

If you were referred to your coach by a mutually known third party, that party may be aware we’ve discussed the possibility of establishing a coaching relationship [but will not be made aware of any subsequent activity, including the actual establishment of a coaching relationship].

By default, your coaching sessions are not recorded. If you pre-authorize the recording of any or all of your coaching sessions for the purpose of coach-mentor feedback and coach skill building, recordings will be made using third-party software and may be stored on software server, in an audio format file suitable for smartphone playback, and on a secure server, subject to the respective privacy policies of where they are stored; coach will take precautions to secure recordings, though client agrees to be identified by first name and to hold coach harmless in the event of a security breach.
If you have smart listening devices turned on, those listening devices may be capturing your data. If you have any concerns about this, please turn your smart listening devices off during coaching sessions.
Right to know and right to deletion requests (e.g. requesting your applicable data be deleted sooner than ninety (90) days following your last coaching session, for California and all other residents, will be processed in accordance with applicable laws.
